DH Pools & Spas is committed to providing people with disabilities meaningful access to its website information and digital project-planning tools. DH Pools & Spas uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a technical target while recognizing that accessibility requires ongoing manual and assistive-technology testing.
Measures implemented
The website includes semantic regions and headings, a skip link, keyboard-operable controls, visible keyboard focus, descriptive image alternatives, associated form labels, minimum interactive target sizing, responsive reflow, reduced-motion support, high-contrast focus indicators, error text that does not rely only on color, and accessible privacy controls.
Known limitations
Third-party mapping, social platforms, externally hosted content and future integrations may present accessibility limitations outside DH's direct control. Pool visualizations use imagery to communicate appearance; essential selections and summaries are also presented as text. Automated testing cannot establish complete conformance.
Testing and maintenance
Accessibility should be checked during every material release through automated analysis, keyboard-only navigation, zoom and reflow review, contrast testing and representative screen-reader testing. Content editors should preserve heading order, meaningful link text, image alternatives and form instructions.

If you cannot access information or complete a task, call (863) 335-5269. Identify the page, feature, assistive technology if relevant and the format or assistance needed. DH Pools & Spas will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative and investigate the barrier.
Response goal
Accessibility reports should be acknowledged as promptly as reasonably possible. Resolution time depends on the nature of the barrier, third-party involvement and the available accessible alternative.
