Requested response
Submitting a consultation or pool-concept form asks DH Pools & Spas to respond about the property, requested services and project information provided. DH Pools & Spas may use the submitted telephone number and email address for that requested response and related project administration.
Marketing is optional
Consent to receive marketing is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. A general inquiry does not by itself authorize recurring automated marketing calls or texts.
Telephone and email
DH Pools & Spas may place a non-automated call or send an email reasonably related to the request. Email marketing, if introduced, must include a working unsubscribe method and honor applicable choices.
Text messages
Text messaging must be offered through a separate, unchecked disclosure when implemented. If you affirmatively opt in, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Automated or marketing texts must not be sent without the consent required by applicable law.
Uploaded content
You confirm that you are authorized to share submitted property details and photographs for evaluation. Submission does not grant permission for public advertising; separate documented approval is required.
Electronic records and withdrawal
You agree that requested confirmations may be provided electronically. You may withdraw optional marketing consent using the provided unsubscribe method or by calling (863) 335-5269. Withdrawal does not prevent necessary communications about an active request or agreement.
